Our Bathroom Remodeling Process

01

Bathroom Consultation

We start by discussing your goals, the problems with the current bathroom, the style you prefer, and what you want to change. Photos are helpful, but an on-site review gives the best information.

02

Scope and Estimate

We define what stays, what gets removed, and what needs to be replaced — shower or tub work, tile, vanity, fixtures, flooring, lighting, ventilation, plumbing, electrical, and finish details.

03

Material Selection

We help you choose practical materials for the bathroom, including tile, vanity, countertop, fixtures, shower glass, flooring, lighting, and paint colors.

04

Demolition and Preparation

Old materials are removed and the bathroom is prepared for the new build. This step helps reveal hidden issues such as damaged walls, uneven floors, old plumbing, or moisture concerns.

05

Build-Out and Installation

Plumbing coordination, electrical updates, waterproofing, tile, shower or tub installation, vanity, flooring, lighting, fixtures, and final finish work.

06

Final Walkthrough

We review the completed work, check details, clean the project area, and make sure the bathroom is ready to use.

What happens at the first consultation?

We discuss your goals, review the current bathroom, take measurements, and talk through what should be replaced and what can stay.

How involved do I need to be?

Most decisions happen during scope and material selection. After that we keep you updated and only need input on approvals and any change in scope.

Who selects the materials?

You do, with our guidance. We narrow options to materials that suit the bathroom, the budget, and the installation.

How is the jobsite protected?

We contain the work area, protect floors and pathways, and clean the project area as part of the final walkthrough.

What if I want a change mid-project?

Changes are documented and priced before the work is done, so nothing is a surprise on the final invoice.

What happens at the final walkthrough?

We review the completed work together, check details, address any items on the list, and confirm the bathroom is ready to use.
